ELMAR DONALD CRUTCHFIELD

Celebration of Life for Mr. Elmar Donald Crutchfield, Sr., 69, of Bastrop, LA, 
will be 11:00 AM Friday, July 29, 2016 at the Northeast Louisiana Veterans 
Cemetery Rayville, LA with Rev. Floyd Griffis officiating.

Mr. Crutchfield was born February 13, 1947 and passed from this life on July 
17, 2016. He was a veteran who served in the United States Army. Mr. 
Crutchfield was a mechanic by trade. His pride and joy was spending time with 
his family, especially the grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his 
parents, James and Ota Crutchfield; two brothers and a sister.

Survivors include his wife of 35 years, Janie Parnell Crutchfield; five 
children, Elmar Crutchfield, Jr., Janell Nugent (Jay), Alicia Crutchfield, 
Dottie Bailey, and Theresa Booth (Ben); nine grandchildren; as well as numerous 
brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews, and a multitude of friends.

The family would like to extend a special thank you to Caring Hearts Hospice, 
especially Annette Branco, RN.
