Funeral services for Mrs. Gyl Rowell Dalrymple, 72, of West Monroe, LA will be 
held at 2:00 PM Friday, June 5, 2009, in the chapel of Mulhearn Funeral Home, 
Sterlington Road, Monroe with Rev. Jon Tellifero officiating. Interment will 
follow at Mulhearn Memorial Park Cemetery.

Mrs. Dalrymple, a retired CenturyTel executive secretary, passed away 
Wednesday, June 3, 2009, at Glenwood Regional Medical Center. She was a member 
and Past President of the Quota Club, a member of Beta Sigma Phi Sorority, and 
a certified therapy dog trainer.

Mrs. Dalrymple was preceded in death by her parents, Richburg and Lida Bell 
Rowell; and brother, Wiley Rowell.

Survivors include her husband of thirty-nine years, V. P. Dalrymple.

Visitation will be Thursday from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM at Mulhearn Funeral 
Home, Sterlington Road, Monroe.

Memorials may be made to the Ouachita Parish Animal Shelter.
