CYNTHIA DAVIS

Funeral services for Cynthia "Cindy" Davis, 56, of Sterlington, LA will be at 
2:00 PM, Wednesday, November 25, 2015 at Faith Baptist Church, 809 Cleveland 
St., Bastrop, LA. Rev. Bodie Spicer and Rev. Rubin Weaver will officiate. 
Interment will follow at Mulhearn Memorial Park under the direction of 
Kilpatrick Funeral Home of Monroe.

Mrs. Davis was born November 30, 1958 in Victoria, TX .and passed away on 
November 20, 2015, in Shreveport, LA. She was a loving and generous wife, 
mother, sister, and friend. Her laughter brought joy to all those that knew 
her. Cindy is rejoicing in heaven with her lovely daughter who met her with 
open arms. She will be dearly missed by those who knew her. She was preceded in 
death by her daughter, Jennifer Davis, and parents, Garland and Gaytha 
Melville.

She is survived by husband of 34 years, Calvin Davis; sons, Derek Davis and 
Jordan Davis and fiancée, Megan Crymes; grandson, Fisher Davis; sister, Sharron 
Dennis and husband, Patrick; brothers, Gary Melville and wife, Kim, and Larry 
Melville and wife, Marsha; and numerous nieces, nephews and friends.

Pallbearers will be James Purvis, Rusty Russell, Joe Clark, Jimmy Powell, Barry 
Burroughs, and Steve Hepler.

Visitation will be 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM, Tuesday, November 24, 2015 at 
Kilpatrick Funeral Home, Lamy Lane, Monroe.
