ELEEN CARR DAY

Funeral services for Eleen 'Pete' Carr Day will be held at 10:00 AM Monday, 
February 2, 2015, at Mulhearn Funeral Home, Monroe, LA with Rev. Gerald Lewis 
officiating. Interment services will follow at Mulhearn Memorial Park Cemetery.

Eleen was a retired teacher and bookkeeper. She enjoyed the outdoors in all of 
its splendor. Her flowers and garden were her passion, but above all of this 
was her love for her Savior Jesus Christ, and her family.

Eleen was born in Mangham, LA, on April 30, 1932, and passed away on January 
30, 2015, in Monroe, LA. She was preceded in death by her parents, John and 
Emma Roy; and sister, Billie Roy; husband, W.A. 'Buddy' Carr; and daughter Tina 
Carr; and her second husband John W. Day.

She is survived by her brother, John W. Roy, Jr. and wife Gail; her son, John 
M. Carr and wife Debbie; daughters, Patsy Roberson and husband Bobby, Lisa 
Sievers and husband Joe; 7 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren; 2 nephews and 
1 niece.

Pallbearers will be Buddy Roberson, John Carr, Jr., Matthew Duplantis, Paul 
Lensing, Josh Grant, and Tyler Hall.

Visitation will be Sunday, February 1, 2015 at Mulhearn Funeral Home in Monroe 
from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
