BILLIE FRANTOM DEAN


Billie Frantom Dean, age 85, a resident of Baton Rouge, LA, left this life on 
Friday, September 4, 2015. She was an R.N. and cared for many over the years. 
Her passion and enjoyment was gardening. She will be missed by all that loved 
her and will be remembered by her humor and witty sayings.

Billie is survived by her two children Bob G. Dean Jr. and Debbie Cook. One 
granddaughter Natalie M. Cook and sister Char Frantom Langley. She was preceded 
in death by her husband Bob G. Dean Sr.

The family requests that visiting hours be observed on Sunday, September 6, 
2015, at Resthaven Gardens of Memory & Funeral Home, 11817 Jefferson Highway 
from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM. Visitation will continue on Monday, September 7, 
2015, from 9:00 AM until the time of services.

Funeral Services will be held on Monday, September 7, 2015, at Resthaven 
Gardens of Memory and Funeral Home at 12:00 PM. Interment will take place at 
Resthaven Gardens of Memory Cemetery.
