GEORGE EDWARD DESSER

Kilpatrick Funeral Home

Ruston, LA

Funeral services for Mr. George Edward Desser will be held at 10:00 A.M. 
Thursday July 10, 2008 at St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church in Ruston. 
Officiating the service will be Rev. Gary Bernhart O.F. M. Interment will 
follow at Roselawn Cemetery in Junction City, AR. under the direction of 
Kilpatrick Funeral Home in Ruston.

Mr. Desser was born October 23, 1931 and passed away July 6, 2008 following a 
lengthy illness.

Mr. Desser was a member of the St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church in Ruston.

He was preceded in death by his parents Walter and Gertrude Desser.

He is survived by his beloved wife, Billie Desser of Ruston; children: Danna 
Lee Grimm and husband Rick of Leesburg, VA., Ray Desser and wife Jules of 
Jacksonville, FL., and Jay Desser and wife Lori also of Jacksonville, FL.; 
grandchildren: Annalese and Eric Grimm, Sean, Brittaney and Danielle Desser, 
and Chris; sister: Marilyn Pankratz of New Orleans, LA; brothers: Tom Desser 
and wife Jane of Edmond, OK and Jim Desser of Redington Beach, FL; and numerous 
nieces, nephews and friends.

Pallbearers will be Erfkin Lindsey, John Pankratz, Felix Ifeany, George 
Smelfer, Fred Hamilton and Herman Manuel.

Memorial may be made to St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church Building Fund, or 
the charity of donor's choice.

Visitation will be from 5:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M Wednesday July 9, 2008 at 
Kilpatrick Funeral Home in Ruston.
