RAY ELBERT DISON

Ray Elbert Dison, age 87, of West Monroe, LA passed away on Thursday, September 
24, 2015 at his home. Ray was born on May 17, 1928 in Lillie, LA to the late 
Elizabeth LaGrone Dison and A.M. "Dude" Dison.

Ray was a US Army Veteran, serving his country honorably during the Korean 
Conflict Era. He was a retired carpenter. Ray was a longtime member of 
Evergreen Park Baptist Church.

Ray was preceded in death by his wife, Veola Pennington Dison.

Survivors include; his daughter, Loraine Walker and husband Arnold; son, Mike 
Dison all of West Monroe; three grandchildren,and eleven great grandchildren.

Visitation will be from 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm on Sunday, September, 27, 2015 at 
Bailey Funeral Home in Junction City, AR. Funeral Service will be at 2:00 pm on 
Monday, September 28, 2015 at Pilgrims Rest Baptist Church. Burial will follow 
at Beech Grove Cemetery under the direction of Bailey Funeral Home of Junction 
City.
