MARGIE PUCKETT DOUGLAS

Funeral Services for Margie Puckett Douglas, 94, of West Monroe, LA will be held 
1:00 PM Monday, February 3, 2014 in the chapel of Mulhearn Funeral Home, West 
Monroe with Rev. Karvin Adams officiating. Interment will follow in Roselawn 
Memorial Gardens Cemetery, Calhoun.

Margie was born to A.B. Puckett and Margaret Hebert Puckett on March 19, 1919 
and passed away January 29, 2014. She was a longtime member of Cypress Street 
Church of God. Margie is preceded in death by her husband, William "Bill" 
Douglas; daughter, Peggy Haste; siblings, Lorena McGehee, Myrtle Mott, Ruth 
Dollar, Audra McDonald, Eugene Puckett, Allen Puckett, and Alora Worsham.

Survivors include her son, Charles Douglas and wife, Barbara; grandsons, Joseph 
Douglas and William Douglas and wife, Kalina; sister, Evelyn Russell; and 
numerous nieces and nephews

Pallbearers will be Joe Puckett, Johnny Russell, Larry Worsham, Charles Elmore, 
Dale Green, Marvin McConnell, and LM Welch.

Visitation will be held from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM Sunday, February 2, 2014 at 
Mulhearn Funeral Home, West Monroe.
