Vivian T. Downes, 91
RAWLINS, Wyo. - Vivian T. Downes, 91, formerly of Rayville, a retired deputy 
assessor for Richland Parish, died Thursday. Services will be 3 p.m. today at 
First Baptist Church, Rayville. Burial will be at Rayville Masonic Cemetery 
under the direction of Mulhearn Funeral Home, Rayville. Visitation will be 
from noon to 2 p.m. at the church.
