ZANNIE M. DUNN

Delhi, LA

SMYRNA, GA - Sis. Zannie M. Dunn, 26, departed this life on Saturday, November 
15, 1997. She was born on October 10, 1971, to Ada and the late Sidney Coward 
in Monroe. She accepted Christ at Union Valley Baptist Church under the 
leadership of Reverend David L. Slacks, Jr., where she served faithfully as 
the Secretary of Sunday School, and Choir Director. She later united with the 
Zion Baptist Church in Marietta, GA, under the leadership of Reverend Harris 
T. Travis where she faithfully served until death. She was secretary of the 
New Members Orientation Committee, worked with the Women's Ministry and helped 
with the clothing Distribution. Zannie led an exemplary Christian life. 

She leaves to mourn a loving and devoted Mother: Ada Dunn; four brothers: 
Joseph Waiters (Carol) Chicago; IL, Terry Walter (Patricia) Wilmington, DE, 
Dennis Dunn (Michelle) Bossier City, and Robert Dunn, Atlanta, GA; three 
sisters: Patsy Richardson (Wilbert), Apple Valley CA, Barbara Alexander 
(Andrew) Wildwood, MO, and Evelyn Coward, Delhi; grandmother: Amanda Dunn; 
nieces and nephews: Adrian, Marcus, Mikey, Curtis, Irene, Jasmine, and Zee; a 
host of loving uncles, aunts, cousins, and friends. She also leaves a 
dedicated and loving friend, Gary Crawford.
