LESLEYANNE DYKE

Graveside Services for Lesleyanne Dyke, 19, of West Monroe, LA will be held at 
2:00 P.M. Thursday, September 17, 2015 at the Hasley Cemetery Memorial Pavilion 
with Rev. Joel Dyke officiating under the direction of Mulhearn Funeral Home 
West Monroe, LA.

Lesleyanne was born on October 4, 1995 in West Monroe, LA and passed away on 
September 13, 2015 in West Monroe, LA. She loved her family and also enjoyed 
children. Lesleyanne is preceded in death by her mother, Cheryl Brinson Dyke 
and by her grandfather, Charlie Brinson.

Survivors include her father, Les Dyke and wife, Barbara; grandparents, Betty 
Brinson and Charlie and Violet Dyke; Fiance`, Conner Cowder; aunts and uncles, 
Brenda Zuber, Elizabeth Dyke-Ruh and Grady Dyke and wife, Shirley; and her 
cousins, Corey Zuber, Owen Dyke-Ruh, Sam Dyke, Sarah Dyke, Rachel Kimball and 
husband, Brock, Jacob Dyke, Josh Dyke, David Dyke, Hannah Dyke, Daniel Dyke, 
and Aaron Dyke.

Visitation will be held from 1:00 P.M. until 2:00 P.M. Thursday at the Hasley 
Cemetery Memorial Pavilion West Monroe, LA
