All rights reserved. http://usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm http://usgwarchives.net/la/lafiles.htm ********************************************** Obituary of Mary Elizabeth DeLaSalle from the Monroe News Star Dec 29, 1984 "Mrs Geneva DeLaSalle Services for Mrs Geneva DeLaSalle, 98, of Monroe, will be at 2:00 pm today at Miller Funeral Home chapel with the Revs. Lea Joyner and Donald N Hall officiating. Burlal will be in Memorial Park Cemetery. Mrs DeLaSalle died Thursday at Riverside Nursing Home after a long illness. A Lake Charles native, Mrs DeLaSalle had lived in Monroe for 61 years and was a member of the Savation Army and Home League. Survivors include eight daughters: Mildred Crumpler, Lela Smith, Thelma Fox and Agnes Manes all of Monore, Broncey Gilcrhist of Alexandria, Fannie McAllister, Mary Eidsmoe and Francis Coy all of California, 36 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren. Pallbearers will be Michael Walker, Glynn DeLaSalle, Bucky Guice, Charles DeLaSalle, Mike Traxier and Bobby Manes. Visitation will be from 8 am until service time. # # #
