Jack McKeithen officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery under direction of Riser Funeral Home of Columbia. Visitation will be on Saturday evening from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at the Riser Funeral Home located at 7131 U S Highway 165 in Columbia. Born Earline Allen on March 21, 1932 at Oak Grove, LA to the union of her parents, the late Tom Allen and Odell Cheek Allen, she passed from this life on Thursday January 5, 2012 at the Rapides Regional Medical Center in Alexandria following an extended illness. She was preceded in death by her parents, and her beloved husband Johnny Wyatt Eason, Sr. She was the original owner and operator of the Clarks Cafe in Clarks that was known for its wonderful food, coffee, and conversation. She was a beloved wife and mother, and was an avid Bridge Player. She was also a member of Old Bethel Baptist Church. Survivors include: two sons, Johnny Eason, Jr and wife Sherry of New Orleans, LA; and Mark Eason and wife Linda of Flower Mound, Texas; her brother, R. H. Allen and wife Wanda of Memphis, TN; and her sister Betty Ballard and husband Murphy of Clarks; her beloved grandchildren, Justin Eason and wife Jennifer; Jennifer Jakes and husband Kalean; Ferris Anderson and husband Drew; and Jacob Eason; two great-grandchildren, Xavier Eason and Ford Anderson. Serving as pallbearers will be Justin Eason, Jacob Eason, Kalean Jakes, Drew Anderson, Randy Allen, and Lonnie Ray Easley. In lieu of flowers any planned memorials should be made to the Old Bethel Baptist Church, Clarks, LA.
