Kilpatrick Funeral Home

West Monroe, LA

Funeral services for Sybil F. Edwards, 76, of West Monroe, LA will be held at 
10:00 AM Monday, April 27, 2009 at Kilpatrick Funeral Home West Monroe. 
Interment will follow at Christ Church Cemetery in Bastrop, under the 
direction of Kilpatrick Funeral Home West Monroe.

Sybil was born July 11, 1932, in Jonesboro, LA, and passed away on April 23, 
2009 in West Monroe. Sybil retired from Northeast Louisiana University as Food 
Service Supervisor.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Virgil and Nonar Edwards, and 
brothers Alfred Edwards, Glenn Edwards, Johnny Edwards, Noel Edwards and 
Leonard Edwards.

Sybil is survived by her daughter, Lynn Wyles and husband Faron; sisters, Vera 
Redding, Jerry Morgan, Carol McCasland and Shirley Steele; brothers, Lavelle 
Edwards and John Edwards; two grandsons, John Wyles, Michael Wyles; and 
several nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers are Dusty and Michael Wyles, Nick Phillips, Sammy Rogers, Manual 
Navarro, and Dale Paul.

Honorary pallbearers are John Wyles and Roger Mayes.

Visitation will be held from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM Sunday, April 26, 2009 at 
Kilpatrick Funeral Home West Monroe.
