Sterlington Road, Monroe, LA

Funeral services for Mrs. Doris Llado Ellis, 74, of Sterlington, LA, will be 
held at 10:00 AM Monday, October 13, 2008, in the chapel of Mulhearn Funeral 
Home, Sterlington Road, Monroe, with Rev. Sebastian Kallarackal officiating. 
Interment will follow in Mulhearn Memorial Park Cemetery.

Mrs. Ellis passed away Thursday, October 09, 2008, at St. Francis Medical 
Center. She was a member of Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents, three brothers, and two sisters.

Survivors include her husband of fifty plus years, David Ellis; two sons, 
Henry Ellis and wife Waynese of Frisco, TX, and Larry Ellis and wife Andrea of 
West Monroe, LA; grandchildren, Kimberly Ellis of West Monroe, and Katie LeNew 
of Austin, TX; and many special lifelong friends that she treasured.

Pallbearers will be Tommy Gilmore, Elmo Smith, Don Alexander,Donnie Sullivan, 
Lynn Powell, and Jessie Read.

Visitation will be Sunday from 5:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. and a Vigil Wake 
service at 6:00 P.M. at Mulhearn Funeral Home, Sterlington Road, Monroe.

In lieu of flowers, the family wishes donations be made to the American Cancer 
Society.
