Emory Kilpatrick's Funeral Home West Monroe, LA. Services for James E. Emory, 76 of West Monroe, will be at 11 a.m., Wednesday, November 5, 1997 at Kilpatrick's West Monroe Chapel with Rev. William D. Evans officiating. Burial will be in Beulah Cemetery in Calhoun. Mr. Emory died Monday, November 3, 1997. Mr. Emory served in the U.S. Air Force. He retired as a barber, and also retired as a Captain from Burns Security. Survivors include two sons: Jackson Lamar Emory and his wife Bonnie, and James Lee Emory; one daughter: Sally Jean Emory; three brothers: Mark Emory, Burbon Emory, and John Emory; three sisters: Leree Emory Holstclaw, Sue Emory Dewey, and Yvonne Emory Evans; two grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends. Pallbearers will be Steve Emory, John Emory, Tom Holtzclaw, Roger Holtzclaw, Keith Evans, Rick Emory, Ken Evans, Bruce Brooks, and Gary Rankin. Visitation will be 9 a.m. until service time Wednesday at the funeral home.
