WANZA ENGLISH

Funeral services for Wanza English, 88, of West Monroe, LA will be held at 
11:00 AM, Friday, January 9, 2015 in the chapel of Kilpatrick Funeral Home. 
Bro. Skip Dean will be officiating. Interment will follow at Hasley Cemetery 
West Monroe.

Wanza English was born April 21, 1926 in Good Pine, LA to Jasper A. Sandifer 
and wife Minnie M. Keene. Wanza attended school at Millsaps and Crosley and 
graduated from Ouachita Parish High School in 1944. She was preceded in 
death by her husband, T. W. English and son, Charles. Wanza had been a 
member of Highland Baptist Church for 27 years.

Wanza is survived by a nephew, John Saxon and wife Ruth; Jerry Sandifer and 
wife Sue Lynn; niece Pamela, Toni Gail and husband Jim Josey and Ricky 
Sandifer; sister-in-law, Faye Sandifer.

Visitation will be Thursday, January 8, 2015 from 4:00 PM until 7:00 PM at 
Kilpatrick Funeral Home West Monroe.
