WAYNE THOMAS EUBANKS


Wayne Thomas Eubanks, born January 29, 1948 in Rockwall, Texas passed away 
April 19, 2013 after a fierce and courageous battle with cancer. He was 
preceded in death by his mother, Alice Willingham Eubanks; father, Carlton 
Thomas Eubanks; and brother, Billy Joe Eubanks. He is survived by his wife of 
43 years, Cheryl Hemphill Eubanks of Little Rock, AR; sons, Christopher Thomas 
Eubanks and wife Millie of Norman, OK, and Corey Wayne Eubanks and wife 
Allison of Oklahoma City, OK; brother, Donald Ray Eubanks of Amarillo, TX; two 
grandchildren, Hunter Thomas and Grace Pyper of Norman, OK; nieces, Donnell 
Eubanks Davidson and husband, Barry, and Misty Eubanks Warren and husband, 
Richard; nephew, Steven Eubanks and wife, Karen.

Services will be 2:00pm Saturday, April 27, 2013 at Rest Haven Funeral Home-
Rockwall Chapel. Burial will be 10:00am Monday, April 29, 2013 at Mulhearn 
Memorial Park Cemetery, 623 Hwy. 80 East, Monroe, Louisiana 71203. In lieu of 
flowers, the family requests memorials be made to the Wolfe Street Foundation, 
P.O. Box 3708, Little Rock, AR 72203, or to the charity of your choice.

The family would like to thank Hospice Home Care, Bowman Road, Little Rock for 
their loving and compassionate care for Wayne and family.
