Janice Roberts Evans passed away on Wednesday, March 25, 2009 at the age of 88. 
Beloved wife of the late Robert G. Evans. Mother of Ronald J. Evans, Robert G. 
Evans, Jr., Janice Evans Hamilton, and Jeffrey M. Evans. Mother in law of 
Barbara Evans, Patsy Evans, and Gary Hamilton. Daughter of the late Grover C. 
Roberts and Ella Johnston Roberts of Downsville, LA. Sister of the late James 
F. Roberts and Justine M. Collingsworth. Survived by 9 grand children and 3 
great-grandchildren.

A native of Downsville, LA and a resident of Gretna, LA for the past 55 years.

Relatives and Friends of the Family, also former employees of Evans Industries 
and members of P.E.O. Sisterhood, are invited to attend a Mass of Christian 
Burial at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Gretna, LA on Saturday, March 28, 2009 at 
11 AM. Interment in Westlawn Memorial Park Cemetery, Gretna, LA.

Visitation will take place on Saturday morning at MOTHE FUNERAL HOME, 2100 
Westbank Expressway, Harvey, LA from 8:30 AM until 10:30 AM.

In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate donations to the Westbank 
Association for Retarded Children (A.R.C.) at 523 Cook Street, Gretna, LA
