Funeral services for Timothy Wesley Foster, 55 of Stockton, CA will be held at 
1:00 PM, Friday, June 12, 2009 at Pentecostals of the Twin Cities, West 
Monroe, LA. Rev. Kenneth Haney will be officiating. Interment will follow at 
Roselawn Memorial Gardens under the direction of Kilpatrick Funeral Home West 
Monroe, LA.

Timothy Wesley Foster was born June 1, 1954 and galloped off into the sunset 
to ride the rolling hills in everlasting meadows, where the sun never dips 
below the horizon and the grass is always stirrup high on June 4, 2009.

Tim made his home in Stockton CA for the past 19 years, formerly of West 
Monroe LA. Tim blazed a trail for many to follow with his passion for life, 
education and character and this was evident in the many lives that he has 
impacted throughout his life. He was a member of Christian Life Center, a 
Court and Community School teacher for San Joaquin County School District, a 
member of the Cowboy Mounted Shooting Association, a member and Board Member 
of the California Range Riders and a member of the Single Action Shooting 
Society. In addition, he was the Founder of Little Tejas Ranch and SHILOH RIDE 
(Sharing Horses Instilling Life Opportunities & Horizons Riding Instruction 
Designed for Education) - a therapeutic riding program.

In addition to the passion he had for the community, nothing could take the 
place of his passion for family. He leaves behind Debra Foster, his beloved 
wife of three years, daughter Cheyenne Johnson and husband Robert, children - 
Shiloh-Grace and Huck, Aurora, IL, step-daughters Shannon Chandler and husband 
Steven and children- Treschell and Deandre, Oro Valley AZ, and Saycha Radovan 
and husband Bryan and children- Madicynn and Bryan, Tucson AZ. His parents- 
Fred and Pat Foster, West Monroe, LA, sister Debbie and (husband) Steve Saiz, 
Torrance, CA, brother Mark and Paulla (wife) Foster, West Monroe, LA and his 
twin brother Tom and Gayla (wife) Foster, Dallas TX. In addition, his nephews 
Jonathan and (wife) Tasha Foster, Houston, TX, Jeremy and (wife) Jennifer 
Foster, West Monroe, LA, Hayden Foster, Dallas, TX, Steve Saiz Jr., Torrance, 
CA and niece Vanessa Saiz, Los Angeles, CA., and a host of friends. Tim was 
preceded in death by his son, Wesley Shiloh Foster.

Pallbearers will be Jeremy Foster, Jonathan Foster, Hayden Foster, Steven 
Saiz, Jr., Joe Coley and Dennie Huddleston.

Visitation will be Thursday, June 11 6:00 PM until 9:00 PM at Pentecostals of 
the Twin Cities, 1255 Glenwood Drive, West Monroe, LA.
