ROBERT L. FOSTER

Funeral Services for Mr. Robert L. (Bob) Foster, 78, of West Monroe, LA will be 
held at 10:30 A.M., Wednesday, August 2, 2017 at St. Paschal Catholic Church, 
West Monroe, LA with Rev. Frank Coens officiating. Private family interment 
will be in Mulhearn Memorial Park Cemetery in Monroe, LA, under the direction 
of Mulhearn Funeral Home, West Monroe, LA.

Mr. Foster was born January 14, 1939 in Monroe, LA and passed away July 28, 2017
2017 in West Monroe, LA. He was a retired branch manager for Motion Industries and 
and member of St. Paschal Catholic Church. He was a veteran of the United Stat
States Marine Corp. Mr. Foster was a volunteer for AARP Tax Services, the Sher
Sheriff's Department, Chennault Aviation Museum and Glenwood Hospital. Bob was a lo
a loving husband, devoted father, wonderful friend, and dedicated employee. Ever
Everyone who knew Bob was aware that his family meant everything to him. He was
also
also an enthusiastic football fan, a worldwide traveler, and an avid reader. Even
Even with his health issues, he always maintained a positive attitude and welc
welcomed everyone with a smile. Known as a man of character and integrity, he touc
touched the lives of all who knew him.

Mr. Foster was preceded in death by his parents, Ernest I. Foster and Stella Fo
Foster; daughter, Lara Lee Foster; sister, Marion Wall; brother, Bill Jo Foster.

Survivors include his wife, Linda B. Foster; daughter, Lisa Foster (Tammy); 
son, Rob Foster, Jr. (Helena); sisters, Barbara Oliver, Frances Frey; brother, 
Jim Foster (Patti); sister in law, Susan Linhares (Jerry); and numerous nieces, ne
nephews and cousins.

Pallbearers will be Jerry Linhares, Terry Barnhill, Ed Holiday, Jeff Adams, 
Maurice Linam and Berney Perritt. Honorary Pallbearers will be Jackie Beavers 
and Steve Winnon.

Visitation will be held from 5:00 P.M. until 7:00 P.M., Tuesday, August 1, 
2017, at Mulhearn Funeral Home, West Monroe, LA.

Memorials may be made to St. Vincent dePaul Pharmacy and St. Paschal's Catholic Ch
Church.
