FRANK Walter Julius Frank, Jr., died peacefully, with his loving wife Gail Frank by his side, on April 13, 2015. He was born on August 4, 1930. He was preceded in death by his parents, Walter Julius Frank, Sr., and Ruth Henry Frank, and his beloved Aunt Lucille Henry Lewis and his grandson, Joshua Hill Braxton and also by his loyal companion, "MAX". Survived by his wife of 32 years, Gail Frank; survivors also include his children; Walter J. Frank III, Lillie Anne Frank Inzina, Richard J. Frank and partner Darlene Craighead, Julie Rose Frank McDonald and husband Frank; their children, Evan and Connor McDonald; sister, Jean Frank Genuso and husband Sal "Chubby" and their daughter Joanna; his cousins, Louise Henry Bonin and Woodard Henry Lewis; and his precious cats, Edison, Einstein and Daisy. Walter was blessed to have Stuart Chance and Bert Weston at his side who he considered his extended family. Walter was a graduate from L.A. Tech with a Master's Degree from LSU. He served in the military "Army" in New Orleans. He was a certified public accountant and taught accounting at Northeast L.A. State College at the age of 22. He was also a partner in CPA firms and worked to help Century Telephone in their formative years to become a public company. Walter then helped build TEC into the largest independent telephone company in the U.S. He was a business man that loved to propel people forward. Walter was always the teacher. His joy came from seeing those around him have a wonderful time. He was much loved and respected. The visitation will be held Friday, April 17, 2015 from 6:00 to 8:00 PM and the funeral service will be held Saturday, April 18, 2015 at 2:00 PM.
