KEITH MONTGOMERY FRAZIER 

McMullen Funeral Home Columbus, GA 


Keith Montgomery Frazier, 47, of Monroe, LA died Wednesday, July 8, 2009 in 
Monroe, LA. A memorial service will be held 11:00 A.M., Monday, July 13, 2009 
at McMullen Funeral Home Chapel with Keith's brother, Gary of Jacksonville, FL 
conducting the service. Keith was born July 8, 1962 in Wichita, KS and died 
July 8, 2009 in Monroe, LA. He was a computer network engineer for Century-Tel 
in Monroe. Keith served four years on active duty in the U.S. Army as staff 
sergeant and eight additional years in the Army Reserve as Master Sergeant. 
Keith was preceded in death by his beloved father, Lyle Frazier, grandparents, 
Herbert and Mary Frazier, and Chester and Ruth Williams. Keith is survived by 
his beloved mother, Mae Frazier of Columbus, GA, brothers, Steve, Gary, and 
Ken, nephew, Issac and niece, Marty, grand nieces, Maddy and Millie, and grand 
nephews, Creyo and Ian. Keith will be laid to rest following the Columbus 
memorial service later in the week at Lakeview Cemetery in Wichita, KS with 
other family members who preceded him in death.
