Scott was born on February 19, 1967 in Ruston, LA and passed away on October 12, 2009 in Ruston, LA following a sudden illness. He lived life always giving never taking; he loved with all of his heart. His family always came first, his wife and children were always top priority and his main goal in life was to provide for them all they could ever possibly need and most of the things they wanted. He was such a hard worker, being self employed as owner/operator of Frazier Logging for 15 years. This took up much of his time being almost a 24/7 job. But somehow he always managed to find time to be there for his family and friends, no matter what the circumstances were. He was always a gracious host, always having fish fry's, cook-outs, and even Thanksgiving and Christmas for ALL of his family and friends to enjoy. He was always the life of the party!! He always made everyone feel welcome with his smiling face and vibrant personality and he always had a hug for everybody. Deer hunting was his passion although he loved to be outdoors, fishing, riding the 4-wheeler, riding in his Jeep or just whatever he could think of doing at the spur of a moment. Being the kind-hearted, life of the party type of guy he was, he will be greatly missed by many, and never forgotten. His memory will live on in our hearts forever!! Scott is survived by his wife: Janet Emory Frazier; his children: Katie Frazier and Garrett Frazier; parents: Bill and Vicky Frazier all of Choudrant, LA; sisters: Kelly Ross of Ware Shoals, SC and Kim Roberson and husband, Joe of Dubach, LA; sister in law: Marie Clark and husband, Scott of Ruston, LA; nephews: Kelly and April Bagwell; Casey Bagwell, both of Choudrant, LA; and Reed Roberson of Dubach, LA; great nephews: Braden Bagwell and Cameron Bagwell, both of Choudrant, LA; nephew: Bryan Ross and niece: Allison Ross, both of Ware Shoals, SC; numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
