PAMELA ANNETTE CUMMINGS FRITH

Funeral services for Pamela Annette Cummings Frith, age 66 a retired educator 
of Lake Providence, LA, will be held at 10:00 AM on Friday, August 7, 2015 at 
First Presbyterian Church on First Street in Lake Providence, LA. Reverend Bill 
Bearden will officiate. Interment will follow in the Providence Memorial 
Cemetery in Lake Providence, LA. Services are under the direction of Cox 
Funeral Home of Lake Providence.

Pam passed away at her residence on Wednesday, August 5, 2015 after a lengthy 
illness.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Robert Kenneth Frith; her parents, 
James Thomas "J. T." Cummings, Jr. and Hazel Lee Williams Cummings; and a 
brother, Ronnie Cummings.

Pam is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, John David and Alane Frith of 
Lake Providence; daughter and son-in-law, Samantha and Craig Crawford of 
Rayville, LA.; son and daughter-in-law, Toby and Rachel Frith of Lake 
Providence; daughter and son-in-law, Niki and Stephan Hagan of Start, LA.; 
brother and sister-in-law, Donnie and Judy Cummings of West Monroe, LA and 8 
granddaughters.

Pallbearers are: Wayne Martin, Ed Martin, Ben Fortenberry and Freddy 
Fortenberry.

Visitation will be held from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM Thursday, August 6, 2015 at 
First Presbyterian Church on First Street in Lake Providence, LA.
