MARY MAGDALENE DOWNS FROST

Funeral services for Mary Magdalene Downs Frost, 91, of West Monroe, LA will 
be held at 2:00 PM, Wednesday, January 14, 2015 at The Assembly, West 
Monroe, LA. Rev. Shane Warren, Rev. Butch Pilcher and Rev. Blake Frost will 
be officiating. Interment will follow at Luna Assembly Cemetery under the 
direction of Kilpatrick Funeral Home West Monroe.

Mrs. Frost was born December 25, 1923 in Ouachita Parish, LA and passed away 
January 12, 2015 in West Monroe. She was a member of The Assembly for 59 
years where she was a Sunday School teacher and Women's Minister Leader. 
Mrs. Frost was retired from Ouachita Parish School System as a bus driver. 
She was preceded in death by her grandsons Ryan Frost and Steven Weeks; 
sisters, Beatrice Bailey, Mariece Hibbets and Dorothy Lasyone; brothers, 
James Downs, A.B. Downs, Jr., and Charles Downs.

Mrs. Frost is survived by her husband, Otto Frost; sons Leon Frost and wife 
Mildred, Glen Frost and wife Barbara, Doris (Frost) Weeks and husband 
Carroll of Grayson, LA, Sue (Frost) Allen, Ruth (Frost) Douthit and husband 
Ranzie, Paul Frost and wife Debbie and Robert Frost and wife Sharon; 16 
grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren; brothers, Marvin, Lonnie, Alton 
and Tommy Downs and their wives.

Grandsons will serve as pallbearers.

Visitation will be held Tuesday, January 13, 2015 from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM 
at The Assembly of West Monroe.
