EVELYN P. FUTCH

Funeral services celebrating the life of Mrs. Evelyn Peacock Futch, 83, of 
Bossier City, LA formerly of West Monroe, LA will be held at 10:00 AM Saturday, 
August 15, 2015 in the chapel of Mulhearn Funeral Home in West Monroe, LA with 
Dr. George Wortham officiating. Interment will be in Hasley Cemetery.

Mrs. Futch passed away August 9, 2015 at the Live Oaks Retirement Community.

Mrs. Futch was a charter member of the Highland Presbyterian Church in West 
Monroe, LA and in her later years was a member of the Benton Road United 
Methodist Church in Benton, LA. She retired from Pennzoil Petroleum Company.

She is survived by her son, Randy Futch; daughter, Gena Blackketter and 
husband, Neal; granddaughters, Sara and Koertni Blackketter; sister-in-laws, 
Mary Futch and Gina Peacock; and several nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held from 5:00PM until 8:00PM Friday, August 14, 2015 at 
Mulhearn Funeral Home, West Monroe.

Memorials may be made to the Alzheimer's Association .
