L.C. GEORGE

Dubach - Funeral services for L C George, age 80, of Dubach, LA will be at 1:00 
PM on Thursday, February 23, 2017 at Kilpatrick Funeral Home Chapel in Ruston, 
LA. Rev. Dwayne Monk will officiate. Interment will follow at Mulhearn Memorial 
Park in Monroe, LA under the direction of Kilpatrick Funeral Home of Ruston. 
Visitation will be Wednesday, February 22, 2017 from 5-7 PM at Kilpatrick 
Funeral Home of Ruston, LA.

Mr. George was a member of New Hope Baptist Church, and the owner/operator of Geor
George's Appliance Repair. He served in the US Air Force as an air craft mech
mechanic and was a member of Lincoln Parish Sheriff's Department SCOP Unit.

L C is survived by his wife of 60 years, Ernestine S. George of Dubach; ch
children: Deborah Causey (Rickey) of Dubach and Michael George (Angela) of Lake Ch
Charles; grandchildren: Michele Causey, Lee Dowdy, Brandon George, and Jessica Ol
Oliver; 8 great grandchildren; siblings: C. P. George, Jr. of West Monroe and Ju
Julia Whitlock of Monroe; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers will be Kevin Franks, James George, Wayne Dale Hammond, Everett 
George, DeWayne Walker, and Cody Richard. Honorary pallbearers will be the 
members of Lincoln Parish Sheriff's Department SCOP Unit.
