GILREATH Mulhearn Funeral Home Sterlington Road, Monroe, LA Funeral services for Mr. Curtis Thomas "C.T." Gilreath, 89, of Monroe, will be held at 1:00 PM Tuesday, February 17, 2009, in the chapel of Mulhearn Funeral Home, Sterlington Road, Monroe, with Mr. Richard Byrd officiating. Interment will follow in Mulhearn Memorial Park Cemetery. Mr. Gilreath passed away Friday, February 13, 2009. He was a member of Swartz Church of Christ. Mr. Gilreath was a U. S. Army Air Corps veteran. He was preceded in death by his wife, Katherine Earlene Gilreath; and son, Curtis Hal Gilreath. Survivors include his children, Dr. Richard Wayne Gilreath and wife Betty of Mt. Airy, NC, James Gilreath and wife Deborah of Monroe, LA, LaWanna Kerby of Niceville, FL, LaVonna Smith and husband Tim of Knoxville, TN, and Belinda Kuluz and husband Carl of Olive Branch, MS; grandchildren, Sgt. Mary Therese Jentz USMC and husband Staff Sgt. Ray Jentz USMC of Kaneohe, HI, Jeremy and Ashley Gilreath of Mt. Airy, NC, Meredith and Donovan Johnson of Monroe, LA, Greg Kerby of Niceville, FL, Melanie Kerby and husband Chris Garmon of Niceville, FL, Katherine Smith of Monroe, LA, Jonathan Smith of Knoxville, TN, and Madeline and Regan Kuluz of Olive Branch, MS. Pallbearers will be Carl Kuluz, Tim Smith, Jeremy Gilreath, Jonathan Smith, Greg Kerby, and Woody Boles. Visitation will be Monday from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM at Mulhearn Funeral Home, Sterlington Road, Monroe.
