JOYE KELLEY GRAVES

Joye Kelley Graves, age 79, of Ruston, passed away March 4, 2015, in Ruston, 
Louisiana, after a brief illness. She was born December 20, 1935, in 
Downsville, Louisiana, to H. W. Kelley and Florence Holman Kelley.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, March 6, 2015, at the 
chapel of Kilpatrick Funeral Home in Ruston. Officiating the service will be 
Rev. Bob Deich. Interment will follow at Mt. Nebo Cemetery in Downsville under 
the direction of Kilpatrick Funeral Home of Ruston.

Mrs. Graves was a member of Grace United Methodist Church in Ruston. She was a 
retired postmaster in Fairbanks, Louisiana

She is survived by her husband of 58 years, Larry Graves; one daughter, Lisa G. 
Smith and husband Ron of Ruston; one grandson, Alan Smith and wife Ralee of 
Ruston; one sister, Barbara K. Rising and husband Doug of Ruston; and a sister-
in-law, Freddie G. Telles of Ruston.

Visitation will be Friday, March 6, 2015, from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. at Kilpatrick 
Funeral Home Chapel in Ruston.
