EDITH CLEMENT GREER

Funeral services for Edith Clement Greer of Rayville, LA will be held 2:00 PM, 
Wednesday, June 10, 2015 at First Baptist Church in Rayville. Dr. Eddie Wren 
and Johnny Hoychick will officiate. Interment will follow in the Greer 
Cemetery, Rayville, LA under the direction of Brown-Holley Funeral Home, 
Rayville.

Mrs. Greer, 94, was born in Arcadia, LA on April 18, 1921 and went to her 
eternal home June 8, 2015. She was reared in Alto, LA. She was a housewife.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Claude Greer; son, Alton Ray Branch; 
stepdaughter, Laverne Dreher; and infant son; parents, Vernon and Nobie Landers 
Clement; and sister, Janet Letlow.

Survivors include her son, Larry Branch; and daughters, Shari Benson and 
Camille McKay; brothers, Earl Clement and Billy Clement; 11 grandchildren, 24 
great grandchildren, and 2 great-great grandchildren.

Mrs. Greer was a Christian and loved Jesus. She also loved spending time with 
her children and grandchildren, who brought so much joy to her life.

Pallbearers will be Mark, David, Ken, and Dan Branch, Michael Benson, Nathan, 
Hunter, Jared, and Joel McKay.

The family would like to thank Dr. Matt Prine, and the Colonial Manor staff.

Visitation will be 1:00 PM until 2:00 PM, Wednesday at the church.
