KENNETH EARL GREER

Graveside Services for Kenneth Earl Greer, 83, of West Monroe, LA will be held 
2:00 P.M., Wednesday, August 26, 2015 at Kilpatrick Serenity Gardens Cemetery 
in West Monroe with Rev. James Gardner officiating.

Mr. Greer was born September 13, 1931 and passed away August 23, 2015. His joy 
in life, other than his wife, Mary Bell, was cooking for the church. People 
would stand in line waiting to get one of Earl's famous cinnamon rolls, the man 
could cook, just ask him and he would tell you and he would tell you what you 
were doing wrong. Mr. Greer was preceded in death by his parents, George and 
Viance Greer; son, Jeff Greer; and numerous brothers and sisters.

Survivors include his wife, Mary Greer; sons, Mark Greer and Ron Gates and wife 
Patricia; daughters, Judy Correro and husband Chuck, Shawn Greer and Becky 
Lockhart; 8 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and one 
nephew.

Pallbearers will be Matt Gates, Kyle Crockett, Mason Meadows, Dusty Harris, 
Ralph Owens and Mike Barrette.

Memorials may be made to the building fund at McClendon Baptist Church in West 
Monroe, LA.
