Glendon was a retired welder from Metal Works Corporation and lived in Spanish Town in Baton Rouge. He served in the United States Air Force. Glendon was preceded in death by his parents, Glenn and Lucille Grigg and brother-in-law, Rodney Cruse. He is survived by his sister, Peggy Grigg Cruse; 2 nephews, Spencer Cruse and wife Christine and Nathan Cruse; 1 great niece, Marlea Cruse; 1 great-nephew; Carson Cruse; host of cousins and friends that will dearly miss him. Memorials may be made to St. Marks United Methodist Church, 513 Lincoln Road, Monroe, LA 71203 Glendon will be laid to rest in a private service at a later date at Liberty Hill in Bienville Parish.
