Funeral services for Clifford Gulett, 84, of Calhoun are at 2:00 PM, Saturday, June 5, 2010 in the Chapel of Kilpatrick Funeral Home of West Monroe with Rev. Jerry Norman and Chaplin Norris Currie officiating Interment follows at Beulah Cemetery in Calhoun under the direction of Kilpatrick Funeral Home of West Monroe. Mr. Gulett was born December 7, 1925 in Bienville, LA and passed away June 3, 2010 in Calhoun,. Mr. Gulett was a member of Long Street Methodist Church, the Masons, Eastern Star, Scottish Rite, Shriner, Grotto, Teamsters, DAV, American Legion and he served in the United States Navy during World War II. Mr. Gulett was a retired truck driver for PIE. He is survived by his wife, JoAnn; children, Jimmy E. Gulett, daughter, Joyce A. Holliman; brother, Calvin Gulett, sister, Sharon Eileen Gulett, grand- daughter, Debra Monkus, grandsons, Clifton and Clinton Gulett, great grandsons, Toby Monkus, Garrett and Chandler Gulett; great-granddaughter, Georgia Gulett; and many nieces and nephews. Pallbearers are Clinton Gulett, Mike Phillips, Johnny Gulett, Danny Herrington, Scott Herrington, and Patrick Knipper. Honorary pallbearers are Morris and Clifton Gulett, Greg Meachum and Jimmy Pitts. Memorials may be made to the Transportation Fund of Shriners Children of Barak.
