Frances Germany Jones Hale of Monroe, a homemaker, died Sunday. The funeral 
will be held at 1 p.m. today at Mulhearn Funeral Home chapel, Sterlington Road, 
Monroe. Burial will be at Mulhearn Memorial Park Cemetery, Monroe.
