Fred Hale and Rev. Todd Perry officiating. Visitation will be held at Walnut Grove Baptist Church on Tuesday, January 3rd from 5-9 PM. Burial will be in the Epps Community Cemetery under the direction of Cox Fune Funeral Home of Delhi. Mrs. Hale was born on February 26, 1922 in West Carroll Parish one of eight ch children born to the union of Thomas Butler Blackwell and Ida Connell Blackwell an and passed from this life into her eternal reward on December 30, 2016 at the De Deerfield Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Delhi. She is preceded in death by her parents, her beloved husband Elcie Woodrow Hale and her seven siblings, Mildred Carter, Ruth Pittman, Thomas Butler Blackwell Jr., Georgia Warren, James Blackwell, John Marcus Blackwell and Kenneth Lamar Blackwell; a grandson Conley Hale Temple; two great grandchildren Larry Dane Wall II and Sarah Tucker and a great-great granddaughter Aubrey Yates. Maggie is survived by three loving children Craig (Cynthia) Hale of Winnsboro, Lynda (Carra) Sullivan of West Monroe and Saundra (Need) Temple of Gilbert; by twelve grandchildren, seventeen great grandchildren; four great-great gr grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. She is also survived by a special brother-in-law Billy (Susie) Hale; three sisters-in-law Nannie Hale, Evelyn Blackwell and Yvonne Blackwell and a special frie friend and sister in Christ Yvonne Neal Pallbearers will be Jay Works, Trey Works, Austin Tucker, Jamie Gill, Jonathan Gi Gill and Lance Wall. Honorary Pallbearers will be Paul Marsala, J T Yates, David Drenning, Peyton Hale, Newt Netherland, Jacob Gill, Holdyn Bowman, Dylan Parker, Brad Drenning and Brad McQuillan.
