HALL Kenneth Wayne Hall, Jr., 87, of Monroe, LA passed away peacefully on August 24, 2016. He was surrounded by his loving family during his last days. Mr. Hall was born in Wiville, AR, on June 15, 1929 to Kenneth Wayne Hall Sr. and Margie Irene Joyner Hall. Celebration of remembrance for Mr. Hall will be 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm, Monday, August 29, 2016, at Mulhearn Funeral Home on Highway 165 in Monroe. The funeral will be Tuesday, August 30, 2016, beginning at 10:00 am at the same location, with Rev. Danny Eddy and Rev. John Mangum officiating. Interment will follow at Mulhearn Memorial Park Cemetery, under the direction of Mulhearn Funeral Home, Sterlington Road, Monroe. Mr. Hall served his country during the Korean War. Upon returning home, he began working for Swift and Company where he remained for 33 years until his retirement in 1992. Quail hunting was one of his favorite things to do, and he especially loved his bird dogs and hearing his deer "running" dogs as they chased the deer. He was a loving and kind man who loved to "aggravate" people to make them smile. He was a Christian man who always put God first in his life and has been an active member of Evergreen Park Baptist Church for over 50 years. He leaves behind to honor his memory a loving wife of 62 years, Nellie Ruth Webb Hall, a son, Carl W. Hall (Linda), Lexington, KY and a daughter, Suzanne Hall Antis (Bill), Seven grandchildren; Marie Huth (Andy); Christopher Hall (Karen); Karen Brice (Jared); John Purvis (Sarah); Stephanie Sosh (Wes); Jennifer Daniel (Derek); and Katherine Antis. He tremendously enjoyed their eleven great-grandchildren. Amelia and Olivia Albritton, Kaitlyn and Thomas Brice, Natalie Daniel, Bradley Hall, Xander Huth, Brayden Hargis, Amelia and John Luke Purvis, Harlan Sosh. He is survived by a sister, Jannie Wiseman (Roy) and brother Earnest Hall (Elizabeth); and a host of cousins, friends and hunting buddies.
