Funeral services for Mr. Henry "Honey" Hamilton Sr., 82, of Downsville, LA will be
h
be held on Saturday at 10:00 A.M. March 25, 2017, at Piney Woods Christian Chur
Church in Downsville, LA. Officiating will be Rev. Scott Jennings. Visitation will
will be held Friday, March 24, 2017 from 5:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. at Kilpatrick Fune
Funeral Home in Farmerville. Interment will follow in Downsville Cemetery under
dire
direction of Kilpatrick Funeral Home.

Mr. Hamilton was born on November 5, 1934 in Downsville, LA, and passed away on Ma
March 23, 2017 in West Monroe, LA. He was preceded in death by his parents, Joe an
and Celia Hamilton, sister, Sue Ann Greer, and brother, Joseph Jackson Hamilton Jr
Jr. He was a member of Piney Woods Christian Church, veteran of the U.S. Army an
and was a retired Administrator for Ruston Mental Health Center.

Survived by his wife of 57 years Montene Hamilton of Farmerville, LA; Children, 
Mitzi Elizabeth Hamilton Werner of Calhoun, LA; Henry "Hank" Hamilton Jr. and 
wife Shauna of Farmerville, LA; Joseph Evan Hamilton and wife Danielle of 
Killeen, TX; ten grandchildren and two great-grandchildren; sister-in-law Ann
Hamilt
Hamilton, and numerous nieces and nephews.
