NINA PATTERSON HAMMONS

Kilpatrick Funeral Home

West Monroe, LA

Funeral services for Mrs. Nina Patterson Hammons, 92 of Dallas, TX formerly of 
Downsville and Monroe, LA, will be held at 1:00 PM, Saturday, March 21, 2009 
in the chapel of Kilpatrick Funeral Home West Monroe, LA. Robert Burgess will 
officiate. Interment will follow at Downsville Cemetery, Downsville, LA under 
the direction of Kilpatrick Funeral Home West Monroe, LA.

Nina Patterson Hammons was born September 5, 1916 and passed away peacefully 
March 16, 2009. She lived most of her life in Downsville and Monroe, LA and 
spent her last few years in Dallas, TX to be near her daughter.

Nina is preceded in death by her husband, Aubrey, mother and father, Eva and 
Mack Patterson; sister, Lila McClintic.

She is survived by her son, Jerry Hammons and his wife, Margerite and her 
daughter, Sue Sewell and husband, Jerry; five grandchildren; Cindy Irvin and 
husband, John, Alicia Ham, Melinda Robert and husband, Barry, David Hammons 
and Sharon Marchand and husband, Rodney, three great-grandchildren; Adam 
Marchand, Victor and Sarah Robert and one nephew, Jim McClintic.

Pallbearers will be Rodney Marchand, Adam Marchand, Barry Robert, Victor 
Robert, David Hammons and John Irvin.

Visitation will be held Saturday from 12:00 noon until service time at 
Kilpatrick Funeral Home West Monroe, LA.
