RITA G. HANCOCK

Private Family Services will be held for Mrs. Rita G. Hancock, 71, of West 
Monroe, LA. Interment will be in Hasley Cemetery, West Monroe under the 
direction of Mulhearn Funeral Home.

Ms. Hancock was born February 5, 1943 and passed away August 21, 2014. She was a 
retired secretary for Plumbers and Pipefitters Union Local 659. Rita was 
preceded in death by her parents, James and Mirdie McQueen.

Survivors include her son, Alan Hancock and wife, Shannon; granddaughters, Avery 
and Riley Hancock; sister, Gwen Jones; nephews, Mitch Jones and wife, Karen, and 
James Jones and wife, Kristi; and cousin, Pat Screpitis and husband, Doyle.

Visitation will be held from 5:00 P.M. until 7:00 P.M., Saturday, August 23, 
2014 at Mulhearn Funeral Home, West Monroe.
