REBECCA GOINS HARDY

Berkley, Ca Rebecca Goins Hardy who was a benefit coordinator died on January 
20, 2016. Service will be graveside 1:30 pm Saturday February 6, 2016 at 
Richwood Memorial Gardens in Richwood, La. Visitation will Saturday February 6, 
2016 from 11 am until 1 pm at Hester's Central State Funeral Home in Monroe, 
La. Service is provided under the direction of Hester's Central State Funeral 
Home. She is preceded in death by her parents, Porter Goins and Helen (Barnes) 
Goins and her sister Tiney Goins. She is survived by three daughters, Shirley 
Person (Reginald), Severn, Maryland, Linda Spivey, Mesquite, Texas, and Carol 
Johnson, Morrow, Georgia, and one son, Lieutenant Colonel (Retired) Michael 
Hardy (Lesley), Asuncion, Paraguay. She is also survived by her sister, Shirley 
Mae Kabia, Sacramento, California, eight grandchildren (with one more on the 
way) and two great grandchildren.
