JEANETTE C. HARRIS

Funeral services for Jeanette C. Harris will be held at 11:00 A.M. Saturday, 
August 09, 2014 at Greater New Hope Baptist Church, Monroe, LA with Pastor 
William E. Ross officiating. Interment will follow in the Richwood Memorial 
Gardens under the direction of Smith Funeral Home, Monroe, LA.

Jeanette was born on December 16, 1932 and passed away on August 04, 2014. She 
was employed by Silverstein's Clothing Store and Field's Clothing Store in 
Eastgate Shopping Center in Monroe, LA. She was a member of the Greater New 
Hope Baptist Church where she served as a Choir Member and treasure. She was 
preceded in death by her husband the late Sullivan Harris, Sr. She is survived 
by 6 children: Sullivan Harris, Jr. (Deborah), Dwight Harris, Sr. (Vickie), 
Pamela Bourn (Virgil), Michael Harris, Sr. (Delores), Ronnie Harris, Sr. 
(Vonda), and Tammy Green (Derrick), five sisters, one brother, numerous 
grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and a host of family and 
friends.

Pallbearers will be grandsons, Michael Harris, Jr., Ronnie Harris, Jr., 
Derrick Harris, Kendall Harris, Stanley Harris, and Ernest Harris. Visitation 
will be held from 1:00 pm until 6:00 pm, Friday, August 08, 2014 at Smith 
Funeral Home, Monroe, LA
