HATTEN Funeral Mass for Mrs. Ethel M. Hatten, 86, of West Monroe, LA will be held at 10:00 A.M. Saturday, September 10, 2016 at the St. Paschal's Catholic Church with Rev. Frank Coens officiating. Interment will follow in the St. Paschal's Catholic Church Cemetery under the direction of Mulhearn Funeral Home West Monroe, LA. Mrs. Hatten was born on July 26, 1930 and passed away on September 7, 2016. She was a lifelong member of St. Paschal's Catholic Church in West Monroe. She was a loving mother and grandmother, who was very attentive to all their needs but also made them mind and be respectful. Mrs. Hatten is preceded in death by her husband, Mr. Dale Hatten; son, Danny Ray; grandsons; Benji and Danny Joe Hatten; and sisters, Velma Edwards, Eunice Beavers, and Nayton Burgeois. Survivors include her daughter, Janis Harrison; sons, Steve Hatten and wife Bonnie, Don Hatten, Tommy Hatten and wife Robin, Joe Hatten and wife Nannette; grandchildren, April Ragusa, Sara Hatten, Amanda Hatten Edge, Elizabeth Clack, Angela Vinet, Chris Hatten, Jacob Hatten, Kevin Shipp, Robin Boerwinkle, Edwin Hatten, Kourtney Hatten, Jarred Jordan, Kristy Farrell; 20 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great grandchild; sister, Doris Copeland; and numerous other relatives. Pallbearers will be Jacob Hatten, Robert Vinet, Chris Hatten, Edwin Hatten, Eddie Edwards and Jarred Jordan. Honorary Pallbearers will be Kevin Shipp, Paul Ragusa, David Boerwinkle, James Beavers, Tim Hatten, Terry Bourgeois, Jody Bourgeois, Walter Bailey and Joey Cowan. Visitation will be held from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM Friday, September 9, 2016 at Mulhearn Funeral Home West Monroe, LA with a Vigil Wake beginning at 6:00 PM. Memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital .
