ALMA PILGREEN HAYES

Graveside Services for Alma Pilgreen Hayes, 72, of Grand Prairie, TX, will be 
held at 10:00 A.M. Wednesday, March 13, 2013 in the Wilhite Cemetery in Point, 
LA with Rev. Neil Everett officiating under the direction of Mulhearn Funeral 
Home West Monroe, LA.

Alma Pilgreen Hayes finally won her courageous 15 year battle with Alzheimer's 
and went home to be with her Lord on Wednesday, March 7, 2013.

She was a very loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother who 
enjoyed teaching at Inglewood Baptist Church from 1975 until her illness 
prevented it. One of her favorite pastimes was taking children to Six Flags and 
watching their smiles and hearing their laughter. She and her husband of 56 
years enjoyed traveling in their RV across the U.S. and Canada several times 
throughout their lives. Mrs. Hayes is preceded in death by her son, Ronnie and 
also her parents.

Survivors include her husband, Jerry; daughter, Lisa Frey; son, Donnie and 
wife, Paula; sister, Mary Durham; brothers, Vince, Robert and Ervin Pilgreen; 
four grandchildren; five great grandchildren; and four step great grandchildren.

Visitation will be held from 6:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. Tuesday, March 12, 2013 
at Mulhearn Funeral Home West Monroe, LA.
