MRS. CAROLYN REED HENDERSON

Kilpatrick Funeral Home

West Monroe, LA

Funeral services for Mrs. Carolyn Reed Henderson, 79, will be held at 2:00 PM 
Tuesday, July 8, 2008 at Feazel Chapel in West Monroe with Rev. Mark Fenn 
officiating. Interment to follow in Hasley Cemetery under the direction of 
Kilpatrick Funeral Home of West Monroe.

Mrs. Henderson was born September 20, 1928 at Eupora, Mississippi, and died 
Saturday July 5, 2008 at her residence in West Monroe. She graduated from Drew 
High School in Drew, MS and received her B. S. Degree from Mississippi State 
College for Women in Columbus, MS. She was married to Dr. James M. Henderson 
for 57 years. They were longtime members of First Baptist Church of West Monroe 
where Mrs. Henderson was a member of the Mary-Martha Life Group.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Aubrey Erwin Reed and Rena Howard 
Reed, and a brother Aubrey E. Reed, Jr. of West Monroe.

Survivors include her husband Dr. James M. Henderson, daughter and son-in-law 
Corinne and Johnny Pace, son and daughter-in-law Jimmy and Sandy Henderson, son 
Al Henderson, four grandchildren, Bonnie Pace Patterson and husband Chris, 
Julie Pace, Lyndsay Henderson Turner and husband Shelby, Teddy Henderson, and 
great granddaughter, Summer Turner, and great grandson Samuel Turner.

Pallbearers will be Joseph Lamar Maxwell III, James Maxwell, Steve Grayson, 
Tommy Miller, Chris Patterson, and David McGaugh.

Visitation will be 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM Monday, July 7, 2008 at Kilpatrick 
Funeral Home in West Monroe.
