Funeral Services for Mrs. Christine Gandy Hendry, 82, of West Monroe, LA will 
be held at 10:00 AM Monday, June 15, 2009 in the chapel of Mulhearn Funeral 
Home with Rev. Joe Solomon officiating. Interment will follow at Mulhearn 
Memorial Park Cemetery under the direction of Mulhearn Funeral Home, West 
Monroe.

Mrs. Hendry was born February 19, 1927 in Monroe, LA and passed away on June 
12, 2009 in West Monroe, LA. She was a member of Lea Joyner Memorial United 
Methodist Church. Mrs. Hendry retired from Riverwood International Paper. She 
was a loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She enjoyed listening 
to music and reading her Bible. She is preceded in death by her husband W. H. 
Hendry; and son, Steve Hendry.

She is survived by her children, Walt Hendry and his wife Nelda, Sandra 
Hendry, and Lisa Hendry; grandchildren, Dr. Stephen L. Hendry, Angela Atwell 
and her husband Michael, Austin Mann, Phillip Hendry, Amy Hendry, and Abigail 
Morrison; great-grandchildren, Destany Atwell, Blake Atwell, and Lane Atwell.

Pallbearers will be Michael Atwell, Phillip Hendry, and Austin Mann.
