LORENE WILHITE HENRY

Funeral services for Lorene Henry, 100, of Start, LA will be held 10:00 AM, 
Thursday, January 10, 2013 at Crew Lake United Methodist Church, Start, LA. 
Burial will follow in Start Cemetery under the direction of Brown-Holley 
Funeral Home, Rayville.

Lorene was born April 16, 1912 in Wilhite, LA and passed away Tuesday, January 
8, 2013 at her residence.

Mrs. Henry was a member of Crew Lake United Methodist Church for 68 years and 
the W.S.C.S. at the church and also the Eastern Star.

Lorene is preceded in death by her parents, Benjamin and Claudie Wilhite; 
husband, Hamp Henry; son, Larry Henry; daughter-in-law, LaJuana Henry; 1-
sister and 9-brothers.

Survivors include her children, Betty Vivion and husband, Dr. Charles Vivion 
of Laramie, WY, Jackie Henry of Start, LA, James Henry and wife, Dayle of 
Start, LA, Pat Weston and husband, Larry of Start, LA, and Pam Finley and 
husband, Mike of Choudrant, LA; brother, Paul Wilhite and wife, Jimmie of 
Choudrant, LA; 13-grandchildren; 27-great grandchildren; 5-great-great 
grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers are her grandsons, Bud Vivion, Jay Henry, Kevin Henry, Brandon 
Finley, Josh Finley, and Luke Finley.

Honorary pallbearers are Pat Patterson, Billy Whitten, Bentley Curry, and 
Walter Garner.

Visitation is 5:00 PM - 8:00 PM, Wednesday at Crew Lake United Methodist 
Church, Start, LA.
