Robbie Lawson officiating. Interment will follow at Wilhite Cemetery in the Wilhite Community. Visitation will be from 5PM to 8PM at Kilpatrick Funeral Home in Farmerville on Thursday, May 5. Harold was born on January 13, 1947 in Wilhite Community and passed away on May 1, 2016 in West Monroe, Louisiana. Harold was a lifelong resident of Union Parish and graduated from Downsville High School in 1965, then went on to Louisiana Tech where he lettered in Basketball. He then began a long and successful career with Claiborne Electric which lasted some forty two years. An avid hunter and fisherman, he enjoyed the time to do both after retirement, especially deer hunting in Kansas and fishing Lake D'Arbonne and the Ouachita River with brother W. T. He was also passionate about his LSU Tigers and New Orleans Saints, knowing most names and positions played. He was preceded in death by his parents, Howard P. Henry and Bessie Henry and sister, Annie Jean Patton. He is survived by his loving wife of forty eight years, Ann Eldridge Henry sons, Harold Henry, Jr. of West Monroe and Chris Henry of Monroe, two granddaughters, whom he truly adored, Hannah and Lauren Henry of West Monroe; brother, W. T. Henry and wife Linda, sisters Francis Carter and Doris Mott and husband Arthur; many cousins, nieces, nephews and a family of co-workers at Claiborne Electric. Pallbearers will be Troy Pardue, Shane Davidson, Glen Smart, Jim Aulds, Charlie Simpson, and Josh McCloed. Honorary pallbearers will be David Ginn and Mabus Walters.
