CHARLOTTE ANN HIGGINS 

Graveside services for Charlotte Ann Higgins, 66, of Monroe, will be held at 
10:00 AM Saturday, September 4, 2010, at Mulhearn Memorial Park Cemetery. Mrs. 
Higgins passed away Wednesday, September 1, 2010, at Avalon Place. She retired 
after 22 years of service from the Monroe City School Board as cafeteria 
manager at Cypress Point Elementary School. Mrs. Higgins was preceded in death 
by her husband, Charles W. Higgins; son, Charles E. Higgins; and mother, Mary 
Washington. Survivors include her daughter, Mary Ann Higgins; father, Loyd 
Washington; sister, Pam Yesse and husband Gary; and brother, James C. 
Washington and wife Judy; and many loving nieces and nephews.
