RUTHELLE R. HIGHTOWER

West Monroe, LA

Mrs. Ruthelle R. Hightower, 80, passed away on Veteran's Day, Tuesday, 
November 11, 2008. Mrs. Hightower was a long time resident of Junction City, 
AR and currently resided in West Monroe.

Mrs. Hightower was an avid gardener and a member of First Baptist Church of 
West Monroe. She is preceded in death by her husband, James E. Hightower, 
owner and operator of Hightower Angus Farms in Junction City, AR.

A graveside memorial service for Mrs. Hightower will be held at a later date 
in Roselawn Cemetery of Junction City, Arkansas with Bro. Bruce Cardin 
officiating.

Survivors include her sons, Charles D. Hightower and wife Liam of Castle Rock, 
CO and Bruce E. Hightower and wife Vicki of Ridgeland, MS; daughters, Janie 
Hightower Alfred and husband David of Freeport, FL and Terri Hightower Gallien 
and husband Kirk of West Monroe; cousins, Margaret Templeton and Charles 
Spooner both of Junction City, LA; and five grandchildren, Brian Alfred, James 
Travis Hightower, Alison Alfred, Jared Kirk Gallien, and Grant Edward Gallien.

The family would like to offer a special thanks to Hospice of Louisiana.

Memorials may be made to Kiroli Park or to the Humane Society.
